Although this is only conceptual stage, JAR Associates, LLC is proposing a 10,000 sq. ft. a new addition to an existing industrial building on the property and construction of a new free standing 12,480 sq. ft.  industrial building on the rear of the property.  Both buildings will be served by public water, sewer, natural gas, and a 120/208 volt electric service.  Both of these buildings are still in the early design stages.
